On Terschelling I am fascinated by the rhythms of the tides, day and night, the silence and the space and peace that it gives in my head. The influence of the tides on the mudflats and the traces that the flood leaves on the drying mudflats.
This is the inspiration for making a multimedia series about The Silence of the Wadden Sea. I made the series during our summer vacation 2023 and the result is a book, a photo and a multimedia series.
